Delivery and Terms of Use

 

E-commerce delivery and terms of use from 19 September 2014

 1. Registration


 Ordering is required to provide other relevant information for the name, contact details and order delivery. The information provided is stored in the e-commerce customer register. By ordering products, the customer agrees that the personal data will be registered in the customer register. Customer information is confidential and will not be disclosed to a third party.

 Your customer should observe carefully and carefully (whatever) when using the online store.

 2. Binding of the order


 A binding contract will enter into force once a customer has submitted an order. At the same time, the customer agrees to comply with the e-commerce delivery and terms of use. After signing up, the customer commits to monitor their email to receive the order confirmation.

 3. Rates


 The current price is the price that your customer sees in this online store. The price is the VAT value in Euro (EUR). The product postage fee is determined by weight.

 4. Delivery


 If the products are in stock, the estimated delivery time is 1-3 working days. More than 90% of the orders will be mailed on the next business day following receipt of the order. If the transmission is required / desirable by a certain date, it is best to send a separate message via a contact form so that we can rush mail. If the product is not in stock, delivery time is up to 30 days. All e-commerce deliveries will take place via Post / Smart Post / Matkahuolto, unless otherwise agreed.  5. Terms of payment


 The payment instrument is Finnish bank cards. Payment is safe. After the confirmed payment, the order will be delivered to the customer within the above delivery times. The payment merchant is provided by Verifone Finland Oy / Finqu Pay.Mash.PayPall

 6. Returns


 Customer satisfaction is an important issue for us. The customer has the right to return the products within fourteen (14) days of receiving the shipment within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act. The product to be returned must be open and in good standing in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. We will not accept the products opened. 7. Broken shipments


 Sometimes it can happen that, despite the careful packaging, packets may be damaged during postal delivery. Therefore, it is good to check the condition in the presence of a postal officer when picking up the package. If the package has been damaged during transport and if the ordered product / products are damaged, make a damage notification at the post office immediately.

 8. Force Majeure (Force Majeure)


 The E-Commerce is not responsible for the fact that order delivery is blocked, complicated or delayed due to an issue outside the influence of e-commerce, such as war, natural disaster, export or import ban, decision by the authority, traffic disturbance or other similar activity that hinders or hinders e-commerce activities.

9. Dispute settlement


 Disputes and disputes arising out of the distance trading agreement shall be governed by Finnish law.

 

10. Change

 

We reserve the right to change our delivery terms. The customer must check with the terms of delivery in advance.
